Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice, done laying on the back (or whichever way is most comfortable for your body). You will be guided through various visualizations, breath work, body awareness, and into deep relaxation. This is a practice of feeling deeply and getting beyond the surface level to explore, release and heal subconscious patterning that may no longer be of service to the Being you are in the present. You will arise out of this practice feeling very relaxed. It is said that one hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3 hours of sleep. This is a great practice for everyone!
